Biography

Ms. Seyedeh Haniyeh Mortazavi is a neuroscientist and neurophysiologist with a strong academic and clinical background in neuroimaging, intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM), and cognitive neuroscience. She holds a Master of Science in Human Anatomy from Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and a Master of Medical Physiology from Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences. She has also earned a Bachelor's degree in Radiology from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Ms. Mortazavi has extensive experience in neurophysiological monitoring, having worked at major hospitals in Iran and Australia, including St. Vincent’s Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital, and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Her expertise in advanced EEG, EMG, ERP, and fMRI methodologies has contributed to significant research in neuro-cognitive disorders, neuromorphic hardware, and clinical sleep medicine. She has published multiple studies on intraoperative neuromonitoring, neurodegenerative diseases, and glioblastoma treatments, highlighting her commitment to translational neuroscience and innovative diagnostics.
