Dr. Azheen Ali is a lecturer at College of Dentistry, University of Sulaimani ( subject area is Orthodontics ). Finished her Bachelor (2005) from College of Dentistry, University of Sulaimani. Master’s degree (2010) and PhD (2021) from College of Dentistry, University of Sulaimani ( subject area is Orthodontics ). She published papers on Effect of nanosilver mouthwash on prevention of white spot lesions in orthodontic patients , Root Resorption in Retained Primary Teeth without Successors among Sulaimani , Clinical and radiographic evaluation of pulpal and periradicular tissue , Effects of tooth brushing maneuver on gingival health status , attitude, and practices among health care professionals from sulaymaniyah city/ Iraq , Prevalence of labial frenum attachment and its relation to diastema and black hole in Kurdish young population: IOSR Journal of Dental and Medical Science , The prevalence and etiology of maxillary midline diastema among orthodontic patients attending shorsh dental clinic in Sulaimani city , Dental crowding and its relation to tooth size and arch dimension. She is a member of Kurdistan Dental association, and she is the head of teaching quality assurance at College of Dentistry , University of Sulaimani

Her research interest includes white spot lesions, nanotechnology, bad habits in orthodontics and fixed orthodontic appliance
